Looking for a professional mature individual who is able to have great communication with our patients.
We have a state of the art office and our practice is surrounded by great patients and a family based atmosphere.
Dentrix knowledge a MUST and along with verifying insurance benefits and breakdown.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Collect and record patient information accurately - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with billing and financial transactions - Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations of the office - Provide general administrative support as needed Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in medical administrative support tasks - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus Job Type:
