The Receptionist's role is to ensure the smooth running of the center and help to improve procedures and day-to-day operations.
The ideal person will be friendly, outgoing, and have the ability to interact well with our clients and staff.
She/he must be punctual, learn quickly, and possess strong organizational skills.
Some responsibilities include:
-answering phone calls/emails -greeting clients -billing and processing payments Skills required:
-computer proficient -generally tech-savvy -customer service oriented -excellent verbal communication and writing skills -excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work -problem solving skills Hours:
Two days after school/evening and Sunday mornings.
12-16 hours total weekly.
