Top Flight Foods is a growing business with multiple concessions at Tobay Beach in Massapequa.
We are looking for a motivated Seasonal General Manager to work in a multi-unit fast-paced environment at Tobay beach.
Job Summary Oversee and manage daily operations.
Job entails hands-on management of the facilities and staff.
Responsible for the hiring, training, managing and scheduling of staff members.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to all staff.
Responsible for managing monthly P&L statements and ensure all financial reporting is accurate and completed in a timely fashion.
Must report weekly sales recordings and inventories to Director of Operations.
Create a working relationship with local town or state officials.
Maintain all vendor relationships.
Manages and ensures appropriate staffing levels and inventory levels for all 5 concession units.
