Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greet members, prospective members and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
Handle all front desk related activities including but not limited to:
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check members into the system.
- New member sign-up.
Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
- Respond to members questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Restocking the beverage coolers, re-organizing the pro shop and keeping the front desk clean and organized - Close shift for that business day.
