As a key employee in the club, Maintenance Technicians are responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees and demonstrating the XSport Fitness commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:
Operations:
Maintain building, pool area, lighting, and heating/cooling components in the facility.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair to ensure equipment is working properly.
Repair or schedule outside trades for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, commercial appliances, etc.
Enter data and track information to ensure accuracy and timeliness of projects and project completion.
Asset / Risk Management:
Perform cleanliness/maintenance inspections.
Ensure risk management including documentation of incidents and compliance to company standards as well as other regulatory agencies, i.
e.
health dept, fire marshal, state.
Adhere to company loss prevention standards and safety procedures.
Customer Service:
Create a work environment that reflects XSport Fitness' commitment to customer service.
Coordinate with corporate office Member Services department and club managers
Qualifications:
Fitness industry experienced preferred, not required General skill in areas of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry and able to use applicable machinery and tools in these skill areas.
Self-starter and able to complete projects and maintain productivity with little to no supervision.
Must be able to take direction from multiple lines of management (including club managers, other regionals).
Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated experience managing others in a similar capacity.
Able to set priorities learn quickly, and multi-task as well as use applicable computer programs for position.
Possesses valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must furnish own basic tools.
Purchasing and budget-management skills.
CPO certification preferred Physical Requirements Be able to lift 75lbs Walk, crawl, run, climb, kneel, squeeze into tight areas work on rooftops climb ladders, work with scissor lifts XSport Fitness Offers:
