Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently - Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Operate the POS system to process orders and payments - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Assist with catering events and private parties as needed - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques - Familiarity with the POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol - Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is required - Cash handling experience is preferred - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
