Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs - Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies - Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers - Ensure that all floral arrangements are well-maintained and presented in an attractive manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred - Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage - Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory management - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with customers - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
