30 am - 4 pm, assisting with surgeries and pre-surgical consultations.
In addition, 2-3 hours a week is needed for chart prep to prepare for the upcoming Friday's procedures.

Mohs nurse responsibilities include:
Taking histories & preparing the patient for the office visit and procedure Assisting the Mohs surgeon intra-operatively Injecting local anesthesia, suture removals Patient education, including communicating test results Maintaining medical supplies & care of instruments Logging biopsies Assisting with electronic prescription submittals Skills for Mohs nurse position:
A compassionate caregiver Knowledge of common skin disorders, medications, and dermatology procedures Surgical assisting and injecting local anesthesia Excellent patient rapport Attention to detail and follow through An eye for cosmetic dermatology Works well with fellow staff Adapts well to a busy office setting
