We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, dedicated and reliable individual to join us.
Experience in Mental Health/Healthcare A+.
The Special Events & Conferences Coordinator is responsible for all of the organization's events, such continuing education and professional development trainings (virtual and in-person), conferences and retreats.
The candidate should have a love for event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build internal and external relationships.
This position works closely with the executive and program teams.
The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of all programs, and assist in events when needed.
This role will be very administrative in nature so attention to detail is a must.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree In-depth knowledge of events planning and logistics Self-directed and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Communicates effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be accountable, invite suggestions and provide support to others Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
Excellent time-management skills Able to work effectively with a large variety of personalities and abilities Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Access, and electronic office systems, including e-mail and calendar administration, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the organization of special events Design and edit promotional materials Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
Secure financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations Supervise Support Staff with the preparation of nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
Data entry and gift processing Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors Perform other tasks as delegated by the CEO Travel:
