Entry Level - Must be organized and have good eye for detail.
Full Time/ Part Time - Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to understand and operate multi-line telephone system.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, entering data in Excel.
Must be organized and have good eye for detail.
Must be willing to help others as needed in various departments.
Must work well with others and maintain strong work ethic.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must enjoy filing.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assist receptionist with answering and routing incoming calls in a friendly professional manner.
Continuous filing of weekly caregiver time sheets.
Assist Billing Department as necessary.
Assist with scanning documents as necessary.
Support all departments with various office duties and projects as necessary.
Assist with mail distribution and collection.
