1.
Escort patients to exam rooms.
2.
Take vitals and review medical history.
3.
Medical intake/chief complaint for current visit.
4.
Obtain consent (if needed).
5.
Responsible to stay with your provider until dismissed.
6.
Ability to accurately note and summarize reason for visit to provider.
7.
Wound care and after care review.
8.
All exam rooms and work stations must be kept clean, stocked and disinfected at all times throughout the day and in-between each patient.
9.
NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED.
